  • That allow us to joyfully
  • Harmonize and strengthen
  • Our personal energy fields.
  • Through meditation we can
  • Heighten our awareness
  • Of how we are currently responding
  • To life’s challenges and opportunities.
  • Let’s choose
  • To generate compassion
  • And Golden Body energy and
  • Build community
  • For the benefit of all sentient beings.

Why Now?

This is a particularly good time in the Earthchanges to gather for Compassionate Response and Golden Body energy practice. It happens that Mercury, the planet that governs communications, is going retrograde October 14 – November 3, 2020. This astrological influence usually brings communication breakdowns, mistakes in administration, and misunderstandings. In addition, with the COVID-19 pandemic, the economic shutdowns, and the US elections, many people are experiencing fear, anger, desperation, hopelessness, illness, and exhaustion right now.

How Can We Help?

“[W]e don’t have to accept the world that we’re born into as fixed and impermeable. When you zoom in, it’s atoms just like us. And they move all the time. And through energy and focus, we can actually change it.”—Laurene Powell Jobs, New York Times interview, September 8, 2020

We address our suffering in Compassionate Response meditation. Form follows energy, and we can shift energy through awareness. Constrictions can open and we can experience more flow, which

  • Brings vitality
  • Nourishes us
  • Gets communicated, even if we don’t talk about it
  • Helps life all around us.

RoseLight’s Golden Body energy helps you connect with higher flow and experience higher consciousness. Together we can build our bodies of higher vibrational energy for strength and hope.

Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche always used to emphasize the importance of unifying the practice and your life. He said, “It is not when things go well that you can judge a true practitioner. But when adverse circumstances arise, then you can clearly see the shortcomings of the practice.” Mind training should become an integral part of your ongoing experience, a practice that you can apply whatever the conditions. When this happens, difficult circumstances will not dishearten you, nor will favorable ones elevate you. Check repeatedly to see whether your way of being and the teachings have become one, and whether you can apply them in any situation.—Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche
