In this Compassionate Response Video Interview with John Wilson of Online Events UK, Amy describes the four steps of RoseLight Compassionate Response practice.
The interview took place during a 2019 conference on Trauma with many different presenters; this was Amy’s contribution, based on thirty years’ teaching experience.
RoseLight Compassionate Response practice is suitable for people with trauma, helpers of people with trauma, and anyone who wants to explore compassion and energy.
The practice can help you experience and offer compassion for yourself and to others.
There are four steps. Say to yourself, I:
- Give myself permission to feel compassion/be compassionate
- Notice my distance from the suffering
- Observe what draws my attention
- Sense what is happening in my heart as energy
You can go in any order, and you can repeat steps as needed. You can deepen the practice by combining it with RoseLight’s Golden Body.
