This Energy Work for the Therapeutic Community video is a good introduction to some RoseLight perspectives.
Science Meets the Mind
In these modern times, scientific research about our brains and our healing brings us many insights and blessings. Scientists have documented and published about realities that yogis and adepts have taught about for thousands of years.
For example, science now describes neuroplasticity, neural co-regulation, and mirroring as part of the “how” successful therapy works so well. These states are in some ways similar to “energy transmission” states by lamas and spiritual teachers to open doorways of perception in meditation.
People who meditate can improve their brain structures. They can enhance their abilities to:
- Manage impulse control
- Maintain or re-establish states of calm, clear focus
- And even alter physiology
Meditation
There are many different types of meditation. Some come from religious traditions. Others are based in spirituality. Some are secular, focusing on the “relaxation response,” and other body-based triggers for wellness.
RoseLight energy work is one form of meditation. Amy transmits words, tones, and periods of silence using her voice, in connection with a heightened intuitive state. RoseLight subtle energy work provides a way to feed our meridians; nourish our cells and organs; and support our physical, emotional, and mental healing processes.
RoseLight guided meditations are helpful for healers and therapists, for self-care. Our methods can be used with clients, and when appropriate, clients can be referred to these tools for self-help.
